    The Roller conveyor type shot blasting machine is used for descaling, de-rusting, paint removal, paint preparation, deburring, and general surface preparation prior to welding, cutting, machining, and burning operations, for metal profiles, welded constructions, and sheet metal flat components of all standard widths and lengths, and of any dimension.

    The tunnel type shot blasting machine motorized continuous automatic roller conveyors are equipped with feed speed adjustment and regulation of steel-shot flow (VFD inverters), they will transport the work-pieces into the shot blasting room and then shot blasted by a series of turbines appropriately positioned to cover all around without dead-angle left; The CAD stimulate projection angles to make sure the work-pieces surfaces to be cleaned only with a single cycle. The entrance and exit are comprising a special abrasion-resistant rubber belt to keep the abrasive out.

    Automatic roller conveyor type shot blasting machine robust housing is protected by wear-resistant shields made from manganese steel protective liners. The exit vestibule features a special rotating sweeping system and a high-pressure fan blowing device removes the abrasive from the treated object before it exits (for plates).
