    Rubber sheet shot blasting machine is used for descaling, de-rusting, paint removal, paint preparation, deburring, and general surface preparation prior to welding, cutting, machining, and burning operations from long and/or flat metal sheet and components. 

    The shot blasting machine with rubber sheet band, because the shot blasting room only install the shot turbines on the top, so only upper surface can be blasted, so they are very suitable for the car wheel rims, road, curbs, marbles wall-decorative, slabs of natural marble or agglomerate, granite, as well as cement tiles, interlocking paving, curb-stones, etc. Exposure to the abrasive impact brings out the mineral components in the concrete, tile, and granite, etc., and gives the surface a special appearance, anti-skidding of the road surface or decorative wall of the house.

    Standard equipment includes PLC, HMI display, automatic mode of start-up of throwing shot-wheel, working hours time counter, roller conveyor variable frequency drive (VFD), etc.
